BCD Property Group managed the complete renovation and expansion of this property and took what was a 2br 1 100 sf 1 story home and created a 4 br, 3.5 bath 3 story home with high end finishes. The project was managed throughout the global shutdown and covid 19 pandemic and BCD Property Group was still able to orchestrate this complex remodeling project on time and on budget — navigating the myriad lockdowns and stop and go conditions thet the global pandemic forced all businesses to operate under. This project included all disciplines of construction as we worked hand in hand with design and engineering as well as plumbing, electrical, hvac, framing, sheetrock, masonry, siding, windows, roofing etc.   

BCD Property Group just finished the complete renovation of what was an out of code 2 family structure into a new 3-unit, multi family property with 2 duplex 3 bedrooms + office and 1 3 bd single level apartment. This renovation included all disciplines of construction in that we needed to completely transform this property structurally as well as mechanically. BCD worked hand in hand with the architectural and engineering team as well as the municipality to bring this property all new gas, water, sprinkler, electrical services as well as roofing, windows, masonry and all interior spaces framed and fully re-constructed to the highest standards.    This entire renovation was completed on time and on budget and CO was turned over in less than 11 months from inception.
