BCD Property Group was engaged to manage the restoration of a crucial piece of infrastructure at the SUNY Purchase campus. We worked on stripping, re-treating and ion painting of the structure(s) that span an environmentally sensitive stream with more than 145,000 gallons of water per minute flowing beneath the structure. This prevailing wage project was handled and the project was completed on time and under budget with no disruption to the structure, vital hvac infrastructure on it or the important, environmentally sensitive stream beneath it.
BCD Property Group managed an exterior remediation and re-painting of critical hvac infrastructure that was running over an environmentally sensitive area and water source. This complex remediation and update was orchestrated without any impact to the environmentally sensitive area(s) with elevated scaffolding(s) and 180 degree work surface platforms.
BCD Property Group was engaged when a sink hole became a major potential issue in the front of a busy mixed use commercial building in Yonkers, NY. BCD Property Group coordinated and managed the complex repair of this underground hazard, digging nearly 16 feet underground to install and connect new water main service as well as new gas line service and shore up the underground pockets that allowed for this potential hazard mouse sink hole from causing major damage to this property as well as the busy throroughfare that sees upwards of 10,000 cars, buses and trucks pass per day.
